Job Summary
Support budget baselines, prepare schedules, and perform financial performance analyses to ensure contracts remain within negotiated parameters. Act as the primary integration liaison between Cost Management, Scheduling, and Earned Value teams, coordinating cross-functional resolution of system issues. Monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated systems, while performing Earned Value Metric tasks including WBS development, cost risk assessment, and visibility reporting. Facilitate program monthly rhythm processes and support audits requested by customers and company management. Work a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off, reporting on-site daily in Redondo Beach, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional experience
- Master's degree with 0 years of professional experience
- Experience with financial analysis or reporting
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- U.S. Citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration
- Defense industry experience
- Program Cost Control experience
- Experience with Power BI Dashboard Data Analytics and Reporting
- Strong PC skills - specifically Excel proficiency (including pivot tables, Vlookup, and conditional formatting)
- Experienced in data analytics, enterprise tool administration, and cross-system integration across COBRA EVMS, SAP S/4 HANA, Power BI, and program reporting platforms
- Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
- Experience with Cobra or SAP S/4 Hana
- Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
