Program Cost Control Analyst - Level 3

Job Summary

Prepare month-end reports containing full Earned Value data and develop Work Breakdown Structures, budget baselines, and cost risk assessments. Analyze estimates to complete, conduct variance research, and ensure contracts remain within negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines. Submit timely funding requests to the government, maintain accurate expenditure records, and brief customers on monthly Earned Value deliverables. Support audits, reviews, and fact-finding negotiations for programs, customers, and management. Work a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off, reporting to the site General Manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of business management or program control experience
  • Master's degree with 3 years of business management or program control experience
  • Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
  • Experience with accounting systems and EV systems
  • Experience with financial analysis or reporting
  • Experience with MS Office Suite
  • 100% onsite availability
  • 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off

Desired Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Defense industry experience
  • Program Cost Control experience
  • SAP and/or Cobra experience
  • Experience with FAR/DFAR
  • Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Experience with Cognos
  • Experience with the 32 EVM Guidelines
  • Experience leading a team
