Program Cost Control Analyst - Level 2 or 3

Interface with program managers, functional management, cost account managers, and business managers to provide financial support and analysis for program planning. Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work while assisting in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, cash forecasting, and variance analysis. Monitor costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control systems, performing Earned Value Metric tasks including Work Breakdown Structure development, budget baseline creation, cost risk analysis, and visibility reports. Ensure contracts remain within negotiated parameters by maintaining accurate expenditure records, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely funding requests to the government. Work a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off. Requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
