Job Summary

Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst role focused on cost and schedule management within NGAS. Responsibilities include interface with program managers, CAMs, and IPTs to provide financial and administrative support; apply Earned Value concepts to multiple contracts; establish Work Breakdown Structures, maintain cost performance baselines, funding analyses, estimates to complete, and prepare/review cost performance reports and variance analyses; develop and analyze ETC/EAC, budgets, and schedule data; support government cost reporting and delivery of monthly CD-RLs (IPMR); utilize systems such as Cobra, SAP S4, OLAP, wInsight, and MS Office; requires ability to work on-site in Oklahoma City with hybrid arrangements and travel up to 10%. Ideal candidate possesses EVMS knowledge, cost reporting experience, and strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field OR Master's degree
  • Ability to work on site in a hybrid schedule in Oklahoma City, OK
  • U.S. Citizenship required for government clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and government cost reporting preferred
