Job Summary
Program Coordinator for an 8-week leadership summer program for New Brunswick youth (ages 14-18). Focus on program operations, contract compliance, service delivery, and participant intake/referral processes; includes Advocate duties and serving as a positive role model. Light travel within the community; part-time seasonal role with flexible hours and weekly pay. Requires experience in managing personnel/budgets and strong communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR is a plus; bilingual Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree generally preferred
- commensurate experience in community-based agency program acceptable
- at least one-year experience in managing personnel and budgets
- Demonstrated communication skills (oral and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- experience using an electronic health record (EHR) system is a plus
- experience in home and community-based services
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
