Job Summary
Coordinate a team of community mobilizers within the Area Development Program to implement child-well-being initiatives, build partnerships with local stakeholders, support sponsorship processes, monitor and report on program activities, and facilitate capacity building to strengthen community ownership and project management. The role emphasizes enabling mutual transformation in children, families, sponsors, and WV staff, ensuring compliance with sponsorship standards, and cultivating local capacity through coaching and mentoring while focusing on prioritised community-driven outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- University Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication skills (Local language)
- Ability to read and write in English
- Data collection methodology
- Having leadership skills to handle a team of 5 - 7 persons
- Good networking skills
