Program Coordinator

Determine, coordinate, and supervise daily staffing assignments and levels while providing direction, orientation, training, and mentoring to staff. Facilitate the development and evaluation of resident services, monitoring care to promote optimal outcomes, satisfaction, and compliance. Coordinate the pre-admission and admission process under the Administrator's direction to maintain facility census and ensure appropriate placements. Assess resident needs to identify abilities and implement consistent service plans addressing strategies for encouragement and intervention. Immediately report all complaints, grievances, or allegations of resident rights violations to the Administrator/Executive Director. Requires current CRMA certification, PSS training completion, and proof of required immunizations.
