Job Summary
Program Coordinator sought to support the Institute for Energy and the Environment (IEE) at Vermont Law and Graduate School. The role involves coordinating operations of the IEE, planning events such as the Annual Alumni in Energy Symposium, handling budgets and records, drafting communications (reports, press releases, newsletters, websites, social media), assisting with fundraising and grant reporting, and collaborating with students, faculty, and external partners to advance energy law and policy initiatives. The position requires on-campus presence in South Royalton, VT, with full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Experience coordinating programs or projects in an academic or nonprofit setting preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets, scheduling, and event logistics
- Familiarity with fundraising, grant management, and reporting is a plus
- Knowledge of energy policy or environmental programs desired
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and external partners
