Job Summary
Provide daily front-line customer service at the Enrollment Student Services Desk, assisting students and faculty with financial aid applications, tuition inquiries, class registration, and graduation requirements. Process paperwork for Financial Aid, International Student Services, and the Registrar, while producing and managing Husky ID cards for students and staff. Direct visitors to campus offices and coordinate building access, emergency protocols, and facility work orders as the Summit Hall Building Coordinator. Report card inventory and errors monthly and process daily mail by scanning documents to SharePoint.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Two years of experience in Higher Education student services
- Strong customer service background providing a high level of courtesy, and patience
- Dependable and have the ability to work well in a team setting
- Proven ability to work in a multi-tasking environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently on numerous and diverse tasks
- Ability to research, confirm, and clearly communicate (verbally and in writing) reliable and verifiable information regarding university procedures, policies, and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, speaking and writing skills
- PC-based computer skills, specifically Microsoft Windows and Office software
