Job Summary
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications across engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams for aerospace/defense cable and harness programs in a regulated manufacturing environment. Track timelines, deliverables, and project activities to support on-time execution; maintain project and production documentation including drawings, change notices, compliance records, and quality documentation. Support new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up activities; coordinate materials, suppliers, and internal resources to meet customer and production requirements. Communicate project status, updates, and changes with internal teams and customers; assist with issue tracking and corrective actions, and ensure adherence to customer specifications and quality standards. Prepare reports and status updates as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of coordination, administrative, production support, customer service, or operations experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
