Job Summary
Coordinate and execute administrative and operational tasks for the Professional Development Department, including planning and coordinating meetings, travel, committee payments and contracts, ethics approvals, and logistics for meeting materials (including international shipments), while ensuring accuracy and collaboration across teams. Leverage CRM and Microsoft Office to support program development initiatives and committee activities, and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events and initiatives.
