Job Summary
The Program Coordinator supports center success by promoting strong classroom operations, family engagement, enrollment growth, and regulatory compliance. Works with leadership and teaching staff to ensure curriculum execution and a safe, organized learning environment. Responsibilities include leading tours for prospective families, nurturing enrollment leads, maintaining the lead-tracking portal and coordinating registration/onboarding for new families, communicating with families about student progress and center updates, auditing records for licensing compliance, conducting monthly safety drills, assisting classrooms to maintain ratios, managing center inventory, supporting staff development through coaching and training coordination, and creating family engagement initiatives and special events to enhance retention. Must be trainable for any task required around the school. Qualifications include teaching experience with infants through preschool children; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; Early Childhood Education coursework or related degree preferred; CPR/First Aid and CDA-related credentials preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills are essential, with ability to multitask and adapt to evolving center needs.
