Job Summary
Lead admissions, data systems, and communications for the 49ers STEM Leadership Institute, managing the full cycle from September to April for new and transfer applicants. Coordinate logistics for competitions, field trips, and external visits while supervising students during extended hours and instructional support. Maintain accurate student records, develop data collection calendars, and design internal dashboards for leadership reporting. Partner with teachers to align selection criteria, organize outreach events, and facilitate partnerships with industry professionals and postsecondary institutions. Track deliverables across program initiatives and adjust timelines as needed to ensure effective execution of events and internal systems.
Required Qualifications
- Strong administrative, clerical, and documentation skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and related data tools
- Experience with survey tools, data visualization, and report generation
- Familiarity with tools such as FormAssembly, Formstack, SurveyMonkey, Salesforce for Education, and Student Information Systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
- Experience coordinating events and managing educational data systems
- Comfortable working with youth in educational or enrichment settings
- Professional discretion in handling sensitive student and program data
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Google Classroom, and basic web content editors
- Background in STEM education, youth programming, or nonprofit environments
