Job Summary
Coordinate logistics for equipment, shipping, and storage at multiple school sites to ensure smooth After-School and Summer Camp operations. Manage inventory at program locations, track daily attendance, and secure substitutes as needed. Communicate with instructors to maintain proper staffing and step in to assist as a coach when necessary. Represent the company at school and district functions while visiting sites regularly to address operational issues in real time. Support the Program Manager with administrative tasks including flier delivery and equipment preparation. This role requires 3+ years of youth programming experience and proficiency in Google Suite. Compensation is $30/hour for up to 29 hours per week on a part-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree (or equivalent work experience or college credits)
- 3+ years experience in youth programming
- at least 2 years as an instructor or coordinator
- preferably across multiple sites
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and resolve issues efficiently
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar) and project management tools
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the assigned geographic area
