Job Summary
Administer the overall operation of the Human Trafficking Academy office, preparing and coordinating the annual work program and designing the curriculum for certificate and immersion-style training. Research topics, identify experts, compile budget submissions, and focus on fundraising and grant applications to ensure sustainability. Monitor global trafficking developments to design activities such as training, conferences, seminars, and outreach events while keeping special focus on survivor engagement and empowerment. Develop and implement projects, supervise staff, and maintain contacts with government institutions and international organizations to identify funds and joint initiatives. Represent the Academy in meetings, conferences, and media appearances, acting as the contact point for public enquiries. Provide advice on organizing College of Law events, ensure data keeping and participant evaluation, procure advertising, and maintain the website and social media presence.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced university degree
