Job Summary
Program Coordinator serves as the initial responder for Hotline/Warmline calls, performs on-call duties, triages medical consultation needs, provides referrals and medical histories, follows up on perinatal HIV calls, documents activities, enters data into the program database, tracks follow-up up to 6 months postpartum, maintains statewide HIV/syphilis resources, educates partners, and supports planning and coordination of annual perinatal HIV and syphilis meetings in Illinois, with the role based in Chicago, IL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
