Job Summary
Conduct administrative and operational support for the Head of Canadian P&BB Distribution and their Chief of Staff, managing sensitive communications, calendars, and meeting logistics. Lead external programs and events to support strategic partnerships, including the Canadian Defence Community, while developing change management plans and assessing execution quality. Manage and supervise administrative team functions, oversee supplies inventory, process invoices, and coordinate staff training and relocations. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain business reporting systems. Resolve escalated issues and ensure all processes adhere to risk management frameworks and policy documents.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 8+ years of relevant experience
- minimum 2 years of experience managing other administration staff
- post-secondary degree in related field of study
- Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience
