Lead end-to-end implementation of school transformation initiatives, driving teacher-led delivery, government partnerships, and data-informed decision-making. Develop and monitor implementation plans, conduct field visits to assess effectiveness, and ensure quality for programs like future skills and Ideathon. Strengthen teacher and Master Trainer engagement through capacity building, mentoring, and ongoing coaching to support high-quality cascade implementation. Serve as the primary liaison for district and state-level engagement, representing the organization in education forums and stakeholder meetings. Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and financial compliance while ensuring timely reporting to donors and government bodies. Build a high-performing team aligned with organizational policies and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Fluency in Kannada is mandatory, with frequent travel within districts required.
