Job Summary
The Program Coordinator - RN will provide clinical, regulatory, and program coordination support for human subjects research. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day clinical research operations, managing site activities, recruiting study participants, scheduling visits, data collection, lab processing, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, be a licensed registered nurse, and have three years of relevant experience, along with required BLS certification. Candidates should possess knowledge of research best practices and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Three years related nursing experience in specialty area
- Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
Desired Qualifications
- Certification as a generalist in a related specialty area by the American Nurses Association (ANA)
