Job Summary
Oversee the daily operations of residential group homes; supervise a team of caregivers and support staff; develop and monitor individualized care plans; coordinate resident activities to promote social, emotional, and physical development; ensure compliance with state and federal health, safety, and quality standards; maintain accurate records related to resident care and staff performance; build relationships with families and guardians; provide training and ongoing support to direct care staff; monitor group home performance and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience overseeing a group home or residential care setting
- Strong knowledge of group home operations, individualized care planning, and relevant regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Passion for working with individuals in a residential care setting and providing high-quality, compassionate care
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
