Job Summary

Coordinate documentation and regulatory deliverables for research compliance and integrity; serve as administrative lead for activities related to research integrity, misconduct, and compliance; support committees and inquiries; assist with financial disclosures and liaison duties; identify potential compliance gaps and escalate to leadership; manage administrative operations across Nemours sites and prepare quarterly/annual reports; collaborate with IRB, Sponsored Programs Administration, Research Finance, Accounting, and clinical areas; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel to support compliance programs and reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/management/operations/healthcare or health-related field
  • minimum 2 years of research-related experience
  • Administrative experience with federal research grants preferred
  • Certified in Healthcare Research Compliance (CHRC) preferred
