Job Summary
Oversees staffing and administrative functions for a caseload of 10-15 residents in ICF/Waiver settings; manages direct care team, schedules, payroll, and staff development; ensures compliance with licensure regulations and reporting requirements; coordinates with nursing to ensure resident health and safety, and handles transportation, medication administration, and outings; maintains documentation and participates in monthly staff meetings; fosters interaction with residents, families, clinicians, and the community; requires 24/7 on-call oversight and ability to supervise multiple locations; strong organizational, communication, and crisis-management skills; must be able to lift and assist non-ambulatory individuals and navigate complex regulatory environments.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 2 years in a social service setting, preferably in an ICF/Waiver healthcare setting with 2 to 4 years of managerial experience.
