Job Summary
Program Coordinator serving as a liaison between clients and internal project staff to coordinate scheduling activities and manage day-to-day client communications. Responsibilities include coordinating project scheduling, handling client concerns with timely responses, data entry, coordinating site visits and staff scheduling, communicating with subcontractors, reviewing energy and water efficiency report findings, assisting with client invoicing and CRM data, attending client meetings and networking events, assisting in proposal/report/material development, tracking deadlines/submissions, researching rebate programs, and staying current on program requirements. Requires strong English communication, proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat, excellent math/problem-solving, self-direction, ability to work independently and in a team, and ability to adjust schedules to meet deadlines; bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred; compensation salary range $23-26/hr with benefits.
