Job Summary
Coordinate program activities and serve as a principal liaison between students, faculty, staff, and external constituencies. Independently manage operational analysis, organize data from organizational sources, and complete reports daily, weekly, monthly, and annually to showcase program growth and benefits. Monitor program effectiveness, recommend operational improvements, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Lead implementation of new processes, manage administrative functions, and supervise lower-level staff or student employees as appropriate. Complete specialized programmatic activities in direct support of departmental objectives while maintaining multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- 3-4 years of progressive experience in program coordination, project management, healthcare operations, business operations, data analysis, or a related field
- 4 years experience supporting leaders such as directors, managers, physicians, or other senior stakeholders
- 2 years experience gathering, analyzing, and reporting data
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Effective written and oral communications, judgement and tact and a broad understanding of policy and procedures
- Ability to show strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment and successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands
- Fire Life Safety Training (LA City)
- Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) - must be obtained within 30 days of hire if not held upon hire
- Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) - must be maintained by renewal before expiration date
