Job Summary
Serve as the primary customer and internal liaison for orders supporting Aerospace and Defense customers, managing the full order execution lifecycle from PO award through delivery. Perform order entry and performance tracking to meet quality and delivery objectives while collaborating with Sales, Program Management, and Operations to resolve production challenges. Prepare order status reports for leadership and customers, and support Program Management in developing and reporting on key metrics such as on-time delivery and margin. Maintain accurate order documentation in compliance with ADDMAN's processes and ITAR regulations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, two years of experience in additive manufacturing or defense order management, and proficiency in ERP/MRP systems.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. person status
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in order or project management within Additive manufacturing, precision machining, aerospace, or defense manufacturing
- Working knowledge of AS9100 quality systems and ITAR compliance
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.)
- Accessing or observing equipment in confined or elevated spaces
- Proper handling of hazardous materials
- Active participation in maintaining a safe workplace
- Reporting unsafe conditions immediately
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with DFARS, government contracts, and customer audits
- Familiarity with project management tools
