Job Summary
Program Coordinator in San Jose, CA (20 hours/week, Non-Exempt). Design, implement, and coordinate activities and programs within assigned affordable housing complexes under the Regional Director of Social Services, supporting residents with after-school education, homework help, and academic enrichment. Empower children from low-income and underserved families to flourish, providing safe spaces after school and encouraging resilience. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant experience; a Bachelor's degree in social work or related field is preferred. Required Qualifications
