Job Summary
Program Coordinator for a federal facility maintenance program; manages maintenance, renovation, and operational programs to meet government objectives. Oversees timelines, budget compliance, and regulatory standards (OSHA, ADA, environmental). Conducts audits and inspections, maintains records, prepares detailed reports for senior government officials, and coordinates contracts, permits, inspections, and compliance certifications. Supports program budgets, identifies cost optimization opportunities, serves as primary contact for internal departments, contractors, and regulatory agencies, facilitates regular stakeholder meetings, and develops emergency response protocols and preventive maintenance schedules. Requires TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance, SAP proficiency, and extensive experience in facility management and government compliance.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required
- Expert proficiency with SAP as User and trainer
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 12+ years of prior relevant experience
- Experience with government regulations (OSHA, ADA, environmental standards)
- Budget monitoring and cost control experience
- Experience preparing reports for senior government officials
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Calendar and travel coordination experience
- Experience coordinating with contractors and regulatory agencies
- FAR and government procurement knowledge
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello)
- Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) or facility maintenance platforms
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and audits
