Job Summary
The Program Coordinator II is responsible for coordinating academic program activities, including supporting both undergraduate and graduate programs, managing outreach efforts for student recruitment, and overseeing the tutoring and Nutrition Undergraduate Ambassadors programs. Key responsibilities include event planning, maintaining program records and databases, managing marketing and communications, and developing training materials. Required skills include proficiency in various office applications, strong communication abilities, multitasking, and the capability to travel for outreach. A bachelor’s degree and four years of relevant experience is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Four years of related experience in program coordination and/or marketing and communication
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
- Ability to travel for outreach and recruitment
- Ability to work during some nights and weekends
