Program Coordinator II - After School Community School PS 34 (62536)

Oversee day-to-day operations of summer day camp, school recess, and afterschool programs by assisting the Director with curriculum development, scheduling, and roster management. Facilitate staff orientations, supervise group leaders and support staff, and manage employee timesheets biweekly. Serve as a liaison between after-school and school-day staff to ensure curriculum alignment while maintaining daily enrollment, attendance, and incident reports. Assist in parent outreach via phone and meetings, order supplies, and coordinate services for students with disabilities and ELLs. Build partnerships with local officials and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
