Program Coordinator I

Coordinate and implement Center-hosted programs, conferences, and seminars. Plan and manage existing seminars from registration to follow-up, handling timelines, venue visits, travel for speakers and staff, and registrations. Maintain relationships with registrants, guest speakers, sponsors, and stakeholders; create and manage program registration websites; participate in planning meetings; coordinate with Texas state agencies to prepare coursework; analyze evaluations to recommend improvements. Provide financial oversight through expense monitoring, revenue reporting, requisitions, invoices, and sponsor deposits; utilize university systems (e.g., AggieBuy) for purchasing and payments. Support communications efforts with media, photography, videography, and content timelines; train administrative staff and develop instructional materials for program tasks. This role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and two years of related experience, travel ability, and willingness to work beyond normal hours, including weekends.
