Job Summary
Coordinate and manage grants, projects, and programs while performing high-level office support duties. Handle progressively responsible assignments based on demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks independently. Maintain thorough understanding of Alaska Native and American Indian cultures and needs to ensure achievement of community wellness goals. Complete required employee health screenings, immunizations, and compliance with health procedures prior to employment. Apply for either Program Coordinator I or II level based on education, administrative experience, or prior SCF proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree
- four (4) years of administrative support experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- demonstrated proficiency as an Administrative Support III at SCF
- Two (2) years of Program Coordinator experience
- one (1) year of grant and/or project management experience
- demonstrated proficiency as a Program Coordinator I at SCF
- Compliance with our Employee Health procedure
- agree that you will comply with all job-related employee health screening and immunizations prior to your first day of employment
- documentation that you have completed the following immunizations prior to your first day of employment: MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hepatitis B, Influenza, and T-dap (Tetanus - Diphtheria - Pertussis) and COVID-19
Desired Qualifications
- thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF's geographical service area
