Job Summary
Program Coordinator position at Hope Services, a Silicon Valley nonprofit providing services to people with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. Responsibilities include ensuring adequate program staffing through scheduling, recruitment, hiring, and orientation; supervising and training staff; program development and community liaison activities; overseeing daily operations, case management, communications, and advocacy; budgeting, billing oversight, and contract fulfillment; ensuring safety and quality of service; participation in agency planning and implementation of goals; potential direct service support to maintain staffing ratios; mandated abuse reporting; and special projects as assigned.
