Job Summary
Program Coordinator role within Home of Hope, Inc. Community Supports Residential Programs. Coordinates and manages program operations to ensure regulatory compliance, support individuals with disabilities in securing independent living, and assist with community integration. Responsibilities include coordinating medical appointments, activities, transportation, training and guidance for people supported, ensuring privacy and civil rights, and utilizing least restrictive environments. Requires supervisory experience, familiarity with DDSD/DHS policies, proficiency in Microsoft Office, accounting/budgeting capabilities, and a valid Oklahoma drivers license with dependable transportation. Location: Vinita, OK (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of four years of any combination of college level course work or full time equivalent experience in serving persons with disabilities, unless waived in writing by the DDSD director or designee.
- Experienced in using computer software such as: Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Demonstrated familiarity with DDSD/DHS policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience.
- Experience in Residential Support Services preferred.
- Proficient communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in accounting, auditing, and budgeting skills.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Oklahoma driver’s license, dependable transportation, and automotive insurance.
- Must be able to drive day or night anywhere.
