Job Summary
Coordinate administrative and documentation-related duties for Home-Based Services, handling multiple records and deadlines with strong bilingual communication. Maintain organized records, review documentation for DDRO compliance, follow structured procedures, learn and use eVero/Choices software, perform accurate data entry, and effectively communicate with clients, their support networks, and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish (C1)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize client needs
- Empathetic and caring attitude towards individuals with diverse backgrounds and needs
- Proficient in computer software for documentation, record-keeping, and communication (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite and client management systems)
- Prior administrative, coordination, or documentation review experience
- Familiarity with healthcare, social services, or compliance-related documentation (a plus, not required)
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and effectively use new software platforms
- Demonstrated ability to perform accurate data entry while managing multiple records and deadlines
