Job Summary
Program Coordinator coordinates and oversees the daily operations of the Home and Community Services program, ensures IPs are implemented as written, coordinates services for assigned individuals, trains ISO Support Service Workers, attends IP/IDT meetings, collaborates with other departments to meet needs, maintains accurate consumer management data, processes pay for ISO staff, ensures regulatory compliance, engages potential staff, and participates in on-call rotation. Requires advanced education in health/human services and substantial experience with developmental disabilities, plus strong organizational, staffing, and leadership abilities. Travel throughout Lawrence County, PA; office located in Harmarville. Competitive benefits and salary around $50,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university and one (1) year experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities OR Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years’ experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities OR Associate’s degree or 60 credit hours and four (4) years’ experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities OR Five (5) years’ experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities and strong managerial/leadership skills.
