Job Summary
Coordinate logistics for in-person blended and virtual training programs, including travel itineraries, visa applications, and venue management. Manage project timelines, participant registration, and database updates while ensuring compliance with policies. Prepare program materials, draft agreements, and process invoices alongside the finance team. Support senior management with data requests and develop tools for the learning management system. Work across multiple time zones, including off-hour or weekend availability, to deliver programs in developing countries and emerging markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree
- minimum two (2) years relevant work experience
- Familiar with project management principles and practices
- Demonstrates strong self-management skills
