Job Summary
Coordinate program activities, manage vendor relationships, and support contract and procurement discussions for the Hidalgo County Regional Mobility Authority. Draft polished documents using desktop publishing tools, track project timelines, and respond to client inquiries on behalf of management. Maintain accurate communication and documentation while adjusting priorities for board members, local officials, and the public. This full-time, onsite role includes a 5-day, 40-hour week with occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-ins. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Certified in Texas Department of Transportation Local Government Project Procedures
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish (oral and written)
- Proficiency with desktop publishing procedures and applications
