Job Summary
Program Coordinator for a 24-hour operation serving people with intellectual/developmental disabilities, brain injuries, challenging behaviors, and/or mental health needs. Responsibilities include supervision and training of staff, coordinating person-centered programming and positive supports, scheduling, documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Requires a BA/BS in human services or related field, DHS background clearance, valid driver’s license, strong English communication, and on-site coordination in Thief River Falls, MN.
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS degree in human services or related field
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must pass DHS background clearance
- Must have valid driver’s license
