Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day operations for Flight Experiences programs; manage complex logistics for aircraft, crews, volunteers, and tour locations; lead volunteer coordination, including scheduling, communication, and on-site leadership; build relationships with volunteers and ensure a high-performing, engaged team; collaborate cross-functionally with Aircraft Operations, Maintenance, Marketing, and Events; support planning, budgeting, and vendor coordination; continuously seek ways to strengthen program performance and execution; work with iconic aircraft including WWII-era warbirds, vintage airliners, bi-planes, and helicopters; play a key role in mobilizing a passionate volunteer community and delivering aviation experiences across national tours and events.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in operations, events, aviation, or volunteer coordination (2–3 years preferred)
- Detail-oriented with strong execution
- Strong decision-maker and ownership mindset
- Ability to lead volunteers and diverse teams
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Budgeting and vendor coordination experience
