Job Summary
The FSP Program Coordinator will coordinate the Family Stability Program, oversee data collection and analysis to support Program Quality Indicators, and manage grant contracts for provider invoicing. The role interfaces with the Program Director and Case Managers to communicate data, facilitate PQI meetings, perform data quality checks in Excel, assemble data for invoicing and reimbursement, and support administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling, minutes, and reporting. It involves developing provider relationships, coordinating volunteers, learning and utilizing software used by Case Managers (eg, Charity Tracker, HMIS, Adystech, MS Office), and ensuring compliance with grant precepts and HIPAA protections. The position requires strong analytical skills, organization, and the ability to work independently within a team, with evening/weekend hours as needed in Orlando, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or related experience of no less than 3 years in a office.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365.
