Job Summary

Manage, coordinate, and implement the full lifecycle of grants and contracts for the EMEEA region, serving as the primary liaison for grantee/vendor initiation, reporting, and closure. Coordinate end-to-end processes with internal and external partners to track invoicing, deliverables, and expenditures within the INVEST system. Conduct detailed financial analysis, manage data integrity across multiple databases, and monitor portfolio progress against payout targets. Support team process improvements and provide subject matter expertise on systems and templates to ensure successful adoption.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • ability to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship
  • ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally
