Program Coordinator

Plan and implement program policies, procedures, and activities in collaboration with the Director of Vocational and MEC Services. Assure site compliance with OASAS and HRA regulatory standards, perform quality assurance functions, and maintain the site in an audit-ready condition. Supervise residential motivational enhancement counselors, facilitate seminars and groups, and oversee behavior modification interventions based on evidence-based practices. Oversee facilities and inventory, liaising with the Facilities Department for safety, security, and maintenance. Monitor HRA finger imaging systems, manage petty cash disbursements, and coordinate staff coverage for Program Departments. Attend regularly scheduled meetings and trainings while maintaining a professional demeanor.
