Job Summary
Maintain job postings on Greenhouse and partner with Recruiters to organize high-volume phone and video interviews for Intern, New Grad, and Sales Development candidates. Collaborate with interviewers to create a positive candidate experience, gather feedback to enhance selection processes, and manage logistics for promotional items and MongoDB materials. Support event planning for Summer Internship Program, New Grad Rotational, and Sales Academy, including scheduling training, open houses, and summits. Coordinate candidate onboarding, travel arrangements, and welcome package shipping while distributing surveys to collect insights. Ensure seamless communication throughout the interview process and assist with diverse projects to support Early Talent Programs.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related experience in program coordination, recruitment, or a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating clear, professional materials
- Detail-oriented with an ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and proactively address challenges
- Strong research skills
- This is a hybrid role based out of ATX
