Job Summary

Perform first-level troubleshooting and investigation of constituent-related issues across data, technology, and website functionality. Support Reporting & Analytics and Project Management & Planning teams with task management to ensure timely progress. Assist with data update requests ensuring privacy, accuracy, consistency, and clear prioritization of work. Act as a trusted liaison across Data Philanthropy to ensure cross-team alignment with established workflows and standards. Provide general administrative support including answering emails and phones, scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, taking minutes, managing ProCard and budget reconciliation, and making conference room reservations. Coordinate across teams to support program activities and respond to donor and internal inquiries while providing excellent customer service. Carry out a portfolio of recurring assignments, including complex data entry and data hygiene functions, while following established gift processing and gift handling procedures. Collaborate to refine, improve, and document processes. This individual contributor role does not have people, program, or fundraising responsibility. Some travel and weekend/evening work may be required. Hybrid work is minimum two days per week at the South Lake Union campus.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • One year work experience
  • Some travel and weekend and evening work
  • Hybrid role with a minimum two days per week at our South Lake Union campus

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Smartsheet and/or other project management software such as Asana, Microsoft Project, or Jira
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly developed organizational and information management skills
  • Strong attention to a high level of detail and quality of work
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a complex organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with a CRM, Raiser's Edge/RENXT, or related fundraising software
  • Ability to handle and respect confidential and sensitive information
