Program Coordinator, Curricular Affairs

Job Summary
Support and execute the day-to-day operational needs of the Curricular Affairs team to ensure the effective delivery of Phase I and II medical education curricula. Develop and recommend process improvements, coordinate new initiatives, and facilitate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to ongoing accreditation efforts with the Liaison Committee on Medical Education and the Higher Learning Commission while assisting in the administration of exams, including proctoring and scheduling. Manage projects requiring multitasking and attention to detail, staying current with emerging practices in medical education. Work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Bentonville, Arkansas, with occasional evening or weekend work and local travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of administrative experience
- Experience in process improvement and project management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including editing abilities
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills including efficient task prioritization and delegation as appropriate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Instructional Technologies and ability to learn new software applications
- Visual acuity to review written materials
- Physical stamina to lift and transport a minimum of 10 pounds
- Some local travel
- Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs, including occasional evening and weekend work hours
- Successful completion of a confidentiality agreement
- Background check
- Proper identification verifying your eligibility to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in higher education, medical education, and/or healthcare with an emphasis on program development
