Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day workflow for CASN services and support PARC Assistant Directors with business operations. Conduct community outreach, establish linkage agreements, and facilitate referrals to Recovery Oriented Systems of Care providers. Provide CORE services including CPST, PSR, FST, and peer support via telehealth, in-home, or in the community. Ensure program deliverables are met for GPRA intakes, follow-ups, and surveys while producing accurate documentation in EHR and reporting to OASAS. Work flexible non-standard hours including Saturdays and evenings to meet deadlines and maintain program standards.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) Certificate
- High School Diploma or GED
- Computer literacy including familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR
- Knowledge or shared lived experience with OUD and/or StUD with at least One-Two (1-2) years supervisory experience
- Willingness to travel throughout the required catchment area as needed for applicable programs and able to navigate the public transportation systems to client's home and within the community
- Must have ability to work a flexible schedule
- This position follows non-standard hours including some Saturday and evening work
- Knowledge and commitment to recovery-oriented systems of care
- Demonstrate ability to work independently
- Excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize, think logically and maintain program standards and meet program deliverables
- Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Experience with advocacy, outreach and engagement, self-help, recovery and transitional supports
- Excellent interpersonal, public speaking, and written communication skills
- Ability to supervise and motivate others
