Job Summary
Coordinate housing, financial, and healthcare support services while developing and reviewing personalized Overall Service Plans to promote independence. Ensure all interventions meet Council on Quality and Leadership standards through a person-centered approach. Assist individuals in identifying life goals and manage resources across multiple projects while maintaining regulatory compliance. Requires a Bachelor's degree, one year of developmental disabilities experience, and valid driver's license. Salary ranges from $23.46 to $28.56 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Service, Developmental Disabilities, Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or related field
- One (1) year experience in developmental disabilities (DD) or related field
- DD certification completed upon hire for any bachelor's degree not in the above related fields
- CPR/First Aid certification or successful completion and certification within initial 30 days of employment
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Proof of insurance for the vehicle subject to the statute of the licensing state
- Successful pass of a criminal background check
- Successful pass of a drug screening
- ND Department of Human Service (DHS) pre-employment approval
- Successful completion of required training and/or certification within specified time frame
