Job Summary
Process rebate applications, respond to customer calls and emails, and track program paperwork while verifying files and correspondence. Manage data entry, gather and track information to assure data quality, and export predesigned reports. Attend staff meetings, complete special projects, and support program delivery both internally and externally. Call center service experience is preferred. Located in the central time zone (ideally Mississippi or Louisiana) with a target compensation of $20-23/hr.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Call Center service experience
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support
- Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
- Meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations
