Job Summary
Process rebate applications by verifying eligibility, obtaining, and documenting necessary information, then issuing eligible payments. Perform accurate data entry and maintenance, including file setup, eligibility verification, troubleshooting, and establishing reserved funding. Schedule and track projects for Account Managers and Program/Operations staff while tracking and verifying program paperwork, files, and correspondence. Complete review processes by obtaining and reviewing supporting documentation in accordance with terms and conditions. Provide education and instruction to applicants on eligibility requirements or work with them to request additional information to meet program requirements. Export predesigned reports and support customers via phone, chat, and email. Attend staff meetings and complete special projects. This role supports the smooth delivery of energy programs and operations guidelines for a company leading the transition to a sustainable, carbon-neutral future.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant industry experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Good verbal, organization, customer service and written communication skills
- Knowledge of or ability to learn and accurately apply application processing techniques, procedures and practices in a timely manner
- Fluency in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Must be a Wisconsin resident
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support
- Successful candidates will ideally reside in Madison WI or Wisconsin
