Job Summary
Oversee the administration and coordination of the Center for Creative Technology’s educational and artistic programming, ensuring smooth collaboration among students, faculty, administrators, guest artists, and designers. Responsibilities include driving program execution from planning to completion, maintaining budgets and schedules, coordinating with Music Division and Finance, recruiting and casting student performers for departmental performances and the Future Stages Festival, processing payroll and accounts payable, and facilitating clear, professional communication across all collaborators. Requires 3+ years in arts administration, stage management, or production coordination, with proven ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, and contracts; strong written and verbal communication; and a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
